Absolutely. They are striking. Esp if you have the time to scrub them with a nice soapy cloth! Birch are, basically, a bit like having you - Mark Diacono – standing in a garden, all day and night long, and thinking 'gosh, I'm lucky to have that in my garden. It's striking'.
We loved our jacquemontii, and lost them to birch borer. Have replaced them with river birch which are nowhere near as beautiful.
